Keep every bay full.
Working capital and credit lines for independent auto shops — parts, payroll, techs and a second location. $10,000 to $2,000,000, underwritten on your deposits, insurance checks included, in your account in 24 hours. No minimum credit score. No split of your card sales.
Applying does not affect your credit.
The car left Tuesday. The insurance check shows up in a month.
A collision job is paid for in the wrong order. Parts and paint go on the account the day the estimate is approved. The tech who did the work gets paid Friday. The DRP or insurer check that covers all of it arrives weeks after the customer drove away — and a supplement can push it out further. Fleet accounts run the same way on net-30. Meanwhile the tire wall and the parts shelf are inventory you already paid for, sitting there until they sell.
Liftbay is built for that gap. We underwrite the whole bank statement — insurer checks, fleet checks, warranty reimbursements, card and cash — and repay by a fixed daily or weekly ACH you see before you sign. Weekly, if you want the debit to land the same day you run payroll. Nothing comes off the top of a card swipe.
- Insurance, DRP and fleet-account deposits count toward your approval
- Fixed ACH, daily or weekly — no split of your card sales, no holdback
- Weekly payment option that lines up with weekly tech payroll
- Seasonal winter slowdown read as seasonality, not instability
One collision job, in the order the money moves
Your rent, your parts supplier and your techs do not wait for the carrier. A fixed debit is a number you can put on the shop calendar and plan a January around. If the payment stops working, you call us and we re-term it. When the check lands, pay the advance down early and keep up to 30% of the remaining cost.
Five ways to fund a shop.
The fastest money costs the most. The cheapest money takes the longest. Here is the whole trade-off, with no form in the way.

Move the sliders. These are the three numbers that matter on a working capital advance — what you get, what you pay back, and what leaves the account each business day or each week.
Your estimate
A $150,000 advance over 12 months, repaid daily.
- Daily payment
- $756
- Total payback
- $190,500
- Cost of funding
- $40,500
- Paid off in the first 30 days, you keep up to
- $12,150
Estimates only, at a representative cost for a file that meets our standard criteria. Daily figures assume 21 business days a month; weekly figures assume 52 weeks a year. Payment amounts round up, so the debit is never larger than the number you were shown. Your real offer depends on underwriting your bank statements. Nothing here is an offer.
Get my real offer →With JavaScript off, the default case still holds: a $150,000 working capital advance over 12 months has a total payback of $190,500, a cost of funding of $40,500, a daily payment of $756 across 21 business days a month, and a weekly payment of $3,664. What a shop needs to qualify.
Every number below is a real criterion. If you clear these, apply. If you don’t, call us and we’ll tell you what would change it.
| Minimum monthly revenue | $15,000 in business bank deposits |
|---|---|
| Minimum time in business | 6 months |
| Minimum credit score | None for working capital or factoring. 600+ for a line of credit. 650+ for a term loan. 680+ for SBA. |
| Funding range | $10,000 to $2,000,000 for working capital. Up to $5,000,000 for term loans, SBA, and factoring facilities. |
| Time to a real offer | About 4 business hours on a complete file. |
| Time to funding | 24 hours. Same day if a clean file is signed before 11:00 AM ET. |
| Documents required | Application plus your 3 most recent months of business bank statements. 4 months if your shop is seasonal. |
| Contract length | 2 pages. |
| Repayment | Fixed daily or weekly ACH from your operating account. No split of your card sales. No holdback percentage. No lockbox. |
| Prepayment discount | Up to 30% off the remaining cost of funding when a working capital advance is paid off within the first 30, 60, or 90 days. |
| Insurance & fleet checks | Counted. Insurer and DRP payments, fleet-account checks, warranty reimbursements and cash all count as deposits. We underwrite the bank statement, not the card terminal. |
| Shop-management software | None required. Whatever you write estimates and invoices on makes no difference to underwriting. |
| Shop types approved | Independent general repair, collision and body, tire and wheel, quick lube, transmission, diesel and truck, European and import specialists, auto glass, detailing and wraps, mobile mechanics, fleet maintenance, performance and restoration shops, franchise service centers, independent used-car dealers and buy-here-pay-here lots. |
| Not required | Collateral for working capital. A business plan. Tax returns under $500,000. A particular parts supplier or DRP agreement. A minimum number of bays or lots. |

Shop name, EIN, roughly what you deposit in a month, what the money is for, and your three most recent months of business bank statements. Four if winter is your slow season. No tax returns under $500,000.
An underwriter reads your file
A person, not a score. Card, cash, insurance and fleet-account deposits all count toward what you qualify for. We look at average daily balance, deposit count, NSF pattern and your slowest month. Offer in about four business hours during the week.
Offer in hours, funds in 24
A two-page contract and one person on the phone from start to finish. You see the amount, the payback and the payment before you sign. A clean file signed before 11:00 AM ET generally funds the same day.
Built by people who have read a shop’s bank statement.
Your insurance money is real money to us.
A lender that only reads a card-processing feed sees a fraction of what a collision or glass shop actually takes in. We underwrite bank deposits, so every carrier check, DRP payment and fleet remittance counts toward what you qualify for.
Your slow winter isn’t a red flag.
Most underwriting models punish a January that runs well under a July. We read seasonality as seasonality. If your shop is seasonal, send four months of statements instead of three and we’ll structure the payment against your floor, not your average.
Re-term it instead of stacking it.
If the payment stops working, call us before you take a second position somewhere else. We’d rather restructure a live file than watch a shop end up on four advances. That conversation costs you nothing.
A two-page contract you can read in the bay.
Amount, payback, payment, schedule, prepayment discount. Two pages. If something in it isn’t clear, ask on the phone and we’ll walk the line with you.
Questions shop owners actually ask.
Can an auto repair shop get funding with bad credit?
Yes. Liftbay Capital has no minimum credit score for working capital advances or invoice factoring. We underwrite your business bank statements — deposit volume, average daily balance, NSF pattern, and month-to-month consistency — not your personal score. A line of credit needs 600+, a term loan 650+, and an SBA loan 680+. Read the full answer.
How much can a body shop or repair shop borrow?
Liftbay Capital funds $10,000 to $2,000,000 in working capital, and up to $5,000,000 on term loans, SBA 7(a), and factoring facilities. Working capital approvals generally land between 75% and 150% of one month’s bank deposits, including insurance and fleet-account checks. See how the sizing works.
How fast can a shop get funded?
About four business hours to an offer on a complete file, and 24 hours to funding. A clean file signed before 11:00 AM ET generally funds the same day.
Do insurance checks count as revenue?
Yes. An insurer or DRP payment that lands in your business bank account is a deposit, and we underwrite deposits. The same goes for fleet-account checks, extended-warranty reimbursements and cash. We read the bank statement, not the card terminal, so a collision shop that collects most of its money from carriers is underwritten on its whole revenue.
Do you take a percentage of my card sales?
No. Liftbay Capital repays by a fixed daily or weekly ACH from your business operating account. There is no split of your card sales, no holdback percentage, and no lockbox. You know the exact debit before you sign, and it does not change when a slow week does.
Do you fund used-car dealers?
Yes. Independent used-car dealers and buy-here-pay-here lots are approved on the same criteria as a repair shop: $15,000 a month in deposits, 6 months in business, no minimum credit score for working capital. Floor-plan payoffs and inventory purchases are common uses. Many lenders decline dealers by industry code; Liftbay does not.
What documents do I need?
A four-minute application and your three most recent months of business bank statements — four months if winter is your slow season. No tax returns under $500,000, no business plan, and no collateral for working capital.
Can I pay it off early?
Yes, and you keep up to 30% of the remaining cost of funding. A working capital advance paid off inside the first 30, 60, or 90 days qualifies for a prepayment discount of up to 30% on the remaining cost of funding — useful when the insurer check finally lands.
What is the minimum monthly revenue to qualify?
$15,000 a month in business bank deposits, with a minimum of 6 months in business and a U.S. business bank account. Liftbay Capital funds in all 50 states.
Does my slow winter hurt my application?
Not by itself. Seasonal shops send four months of statements instead of three and we size the payment against your slowest month in the window, not your average. A January that runs well under a July is normal in this trade and is not a decline reason.
The check is coming. Payroll is Friday. We cover the gap.
$10,000 to $2,000,000. No minimum FICO. Four minutes to apply.
